The current economic conditions have the potential and likelihood in my opinion to make us all Greener consumers as a result of the needed actions many of us are taking in so many areas. Five examples are.
1. Driving less because of high gas prices and tight budgets
2. Shopping online to save money, fuel and time
3. Traveling less for personal reasons because of higher airfares
4. Growing more of our own Vegetables garden seed sales are way up
5. Buying in bulk size packages to reduce individual packing excess.
If we can find a silver lining in this current economic mess we are in, the World may end up being a better place because of it as far as our environment. That is a good Thing.
All of us are being pounded by the news with a constant daily barrage of bad economic issues. In my last article and well as this one, I have been trying to find the good, the positive aspect of daily life that can come out of all the gloom and doom. We are after all people first with feelings.
A dose of finding something good, however small that we can spend part of our time each day thinking about is good, very good .
